Furthermore, as a tech-savvy JD and an MBA, I help organizations analyze their processes, strengthen their risk management, policy development, and contract governance through structured processes, technology, and practical compliance frameworks.
My background spans both private corporations and government environments, along with managerial leadership in legal operations, contract management, and compliance. In these roles, I have directed large and small teams of diverse individuals, streamlined workflows, and implemented process improvements that increase efficiency, mitigate risk, and align operations with business and regulatory objectives.
